Returns

This oil pump chain can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unless other arrangements have been approved, this oil pump chain must be returned using the same delivery service, in the same condition, and packed as originally received.

If this oil pump chain has been installed, modified, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.

Warranty

This oil pump chain is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 14 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this oil pump chain has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.

At a minimum, supporting documentation should include records of proper installation and procedures performed by an ASE or BMW certified facility, along with clear documentation of the failure mode.

Known issues inherent to this oil pump chain may not be covered.
