Refund policy

Projekt Auto LLC sells used and new automotive parts. Return eligibility and any warranty coverage are listed on each product page. Please review the product page, photos, part numbers, condition notes, and fitment information before purchasing.

If a return is accepted, the return must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent. Returns may be denied for items that have been installed, altered, damaged, disassembled, modified, or returned incomplete.

All sales are final unless a return policy is specifically stated on the product page or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Approved returns or warranty claims cover the cost of the part only. Projekt Auto LLC does not cover or reimburse labor, installation costs, diagnostic costs, rental vehicles, alternate transportation, additional parts, fluids, materials, tools, equipment, return shipping, loss of use, downtime, lost income, or any other incidental or consequential expenses.

All returns and warranty claims are reviewed carefully. Projekt Auto LLC reserves the right to deny claims that are fraudulent, incomplete, inconsistent with the product’s stated condition, or outside the applicable return period.

To request a return, contact us before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
