Shipping policy

Projekt Auto LLC sells and ships used and new automotive parts. Shipping method, cost, and handling time may vary depending on the item’s size, weight, value, destination, packaging requirements, and carrier availability.

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or observed holidays.

Some large, fragile, high-value, irregular, or freight items may require additional handling time for proper packaging, inspection, carrier scheduling, or freight pickup.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders may ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, freight carrier, local delivery, or another appropriate carrier depending on the item and destination.

The carrier shown at checkout or on the order may change if another carrier is better suited for the shipment. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method necessary to safely and reasonably deliver the item.

SHIPPING COSTS

Most items include free shipping when stated on the product page. If an item does not include free shipping, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout or quoted separately based on the item and destination.

Shipping charges, when applicable, cover transportation and handling only. They do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, storage fees, redelivery fees, address correction fees, liftgate fees, residential delivery fees, or other charges imposed by a carrier, government agency, or third party unless expressly stated.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

Freight shipments assume delivery to a commercial business address with a loading dock, forklift, or other proper unloading equipment.

Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, limited-access locations, liftgate service, appointment delivery, inside delivery, storage, redelivery, address correction, or locations without proper unloading equipment.

If a freight shipment requires special delivery service that was not selected or paid for at checkout, the customer may be responsible for the additional charge before or after delivery.

Customers are responsible for making sure the delivery location can receive the shipment. If the carrier cannot deliver because of location restrictions, access issues, incorrect address information, lack of unloading equipment, or failure to schedule delivery, additional charges may apply.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Projekt Auto LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, address issues, freight scheduling delays, customs delays, missed delivery appointments, or other delays outside our control.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

Projekt Auto LLC is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional charges, or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information.

If an address correction, redelivery, return-to-sender, or reroute is required, the customer may be responsible for any additional carrier charges.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Inspect all packages upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, keep the item, box, pallet, crate, packaging materials, labels, and all contents.

Contact us promptly with photos of the damaged item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage to the box, pallet, or crate.

Do not discard packaging materials until the shipment has been reviewed. Carrier claims may be denied if packaging is discarded before inspection.

MISSING OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If tracking shows a shipment was delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier and contact us promptly. We may assist with carrier review where possible, but Projekt Auto LLC is not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or loss after carrier-confirmed delivery except where required by applicable law.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available by appointment only when offered. Do not arrive without confirmation. Returns, pickups, inspections, and other visits must be scheduled in advance.

RESTRICTED ITEMS AND DESTINATIONS

Some items may not be eligible for certain shipping methods or destinations due to carrier restrictions, size, weight, hazardous material rules, international shipping restrictions, or other limitations.

Projekt Auto LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if the item cannot be safely, legally, or reasonably shipped to the provided destination.
