Returns

This oil pan gasket can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unless other arrangements have been approved, this oil pan gasket must be returned using the same delivery service, in the same condition, and packed as originally received.

If this oil pan gasket has been installed, modified, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.

Warranty

This oil pan gasket is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 14 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this oil pan gasket has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.

At a minimum, supporting documentation should include records of proper installation and procedures performed by an ASE or Elring certified facility, along with clear documentation of the failure mode.

Known issues inherent to this oil pan gasket may not be covered.

Refunds and exchanges apply exclusively to this oil pan gasket only. No compensation will be provided for any additional expenses incurred. These uncovered costs include labor, rental cars, additional parts, fluids, materials, tools, and similar items.
