Returns

If this control module has been installed, programmed, coded, modified, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.

Warranty
This control module is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 14 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this control module has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.
At a minimum, supporting documentation should include records of proper installation and procedures performed by an ASE or BMW certified facility, along with clear documentation of the failure mode.
Known issues inherent to this control module may not be covered.
