Returns

Warranty
This crash safety module is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 14 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this crash safety module has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.
At a minimum, supporting documentation should include records of proper installation and procedures performed by an ASE or BMW certified facility, along with clear documentation of the failure mode.
Known issues inherent to this crash safety module may not be covered.
Refunds and exchanges apply exclusively to this crash safety module only. No compensation will be provided for any additional expenses incurred. These uncovered costs include labor, rental cars, additional parts, fluids, materials, tools, and similar items.
