Returns
This tailgate module can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unless other arrangements have been approved, this tailgate module must be returned using the same delivery service, in the same condition, and packed as originally received.
If this tailgate module has been installed, programmed, coded, modified, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.
See warranty details below for coverage after installation. You are responsible to carefully review the photos. No returns will be accepted for cosmetic defects that are clearly photographed.
Warranty
This tailgate module is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 14 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this tailgate module has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.
At a minimum, supporting documentation should include records of proper installation and procedures performed by an ASE or BMW certified facility, along with clear documentation of the failure mode.
Known issues inherent to this tailgate module may not be covered.
Refunds and exchanges apply exclusively to this tailgate module only. No compensation will be provided for any additional expenses incurred. These uncovered costs include labor, rental cars, additional parts, fluids, materials, tools, and similar items.
