Absolutely NOT a plug and play install. The mechatronics module needs to be viriginzed or flashed with your exisitng ISN.
Component Programming Required
This transmission valve body requires professional programming and encoding specific to your application. These procedures differ from standard BMW FDL coding and are not DIY-friendly. Do not purchase this transmission valve body unless you are knowledgeable and equipped with factory BMW programming tools or a high-end third-party BMW programming device. A smartphone BMW coding app or DIY scan tool will not be sufficient to complete these procedures.
Professional Installation Required
This transmission valve body must be installed by a certified automotive technician. The installation procedure is not DIY-friendly. Do not purchase this if you cannot make arrangements for professional installation.

Returns
This transmission valve body can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unless other arrangements have been approved, this transmission valve body must be returned using the same delivery service, in the same condition, and packed as originally received.
If this transmission valve body has been installed, programmed, coded, modified, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.
See warranty details below for coverage after installation. You are responsible to carefully review the photos. No returns will be accepted for cosmetic defects that are clearly photographed.
Warranty
This transmission valve body is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 14 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this transmission valve body has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.
At a minimum, supporting documentation should include records of proper installation and procedures performed by an ASE or BMW certified facility, along with clear documentation of the failure mode.
Known issues inherent to this transmission valve body may not be covered.
