Do not purchase this gauge cluster unless you are trained and equipped with a BMW immobilizer programming device and BMW programming tools. A smartphone BMW coding app or DIY scan tool will not be able to complete these procedures.

Returns
This gauge cluster can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unless other arrangements have been approved, this gauge cluster must be returned using the same delivery service, in the same condition, and packed as originally received.
If this gauge cluster has been installed, programmed, coded, modified, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.

Warranty
This gauge cluster is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 14 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this gauge cluster has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.
At a minimum, supporting documentation should include records of proper installation and procedures performed by an ASE or BMW certified facility, along with clear documentation of the failure mode.
Known issues inherent to this gauge cluster may not be covered.
