Please review the high-resolution photos carefully. Your purchase of this cylinder head constitutes acceptance of its visual condition and any cosmetic imperfections.

Returns

This cylinder head can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unless other arrangements have been approved, this cylinder head must be returned using the same delivery service, in the same condition, and packed as originally received.

If this cylinder head has been installed, modified, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.

See warranty details below for coverage after installation. You are responsible to carefully review the photos. No returns will be accepted for cosmetic defects that are clearly photographed.

Warranty

This cylinder head is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 14 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this cylinder head has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.

At a minimum, supporting documentation should include records of proper installation and procedures performed by an ASE or BMW certified facility, along with clear documentation of the failure mode.

Known issues inherent to this cylinder head may not be covered.

Refunds and exchanges apply exclusively to this cylinder head only. No compensation will be provided for any additional expenses incurred. These uncovered costs include labor, rental cars, additional parts, fluids, materials, tools, and similar items.

All returns are thoroughly reviewed, and Projekt Auto Parts reserves the right to pursue legal action against any fraudulent or abusive parties.
