This camera module requires professional programming and encoding specific to your application. These procedures differ from standard BMW FDL coding and are not DIY-friendly. Do not purchase this camera module unless you are knowledgeable and equipped with factory BMW programming tools or a high-end third-party BMW programming device. A smartphone BMW coding app or DIY scan tool will not be sufficient to complete these procedures.

Returns

This camera module can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unless other arrangements have been approved, this camera module must be returned using the same delivery service, in the same condition, and packed as originally received.

If this camera module has been installed, programmed, coded, modified, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.

Warranty

This camera module is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 14 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this camera module has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.

At a minimum, supporting documentation should include records of proper installation and procedures performed by an ASE or BMW certified facility, along with clear documentation of the failure mode.

Known issues inherent to this camera module may not be covered.

Refunds and exchanges apply exclusively to this camera module only. No compensation will be provided for any additional expenses incurred. These uncovered costs include labor, rental cars, additional parts, fluids, materials, tools, and similar items.
