Returns
This control unit can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unless other arrangements have been approved, this control unit must be returned using the same delivery service, in the same condition, and packed as originally received.
If this control unit has been installed, programmed, coded, modified, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.

Warranty
This control unit is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 14 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this control unit has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.
At a minimum, supporting documentation should include records of proper installation and procedures performed by an ASE or BMW certified facility, along with clear documentation of the failure mode.
Known issues inherent to this control unit may not be covered.
Refunds and exchanges apply exclusively to this control unit only. No compensation will be provided for any additional expenses incurred. These uncovered costs include labor, rental cars, additional parts, fluids, materials, tools, and similar items.
