Controls first generation N63 engines in 550i, 650i, and 750i models. Absolutely not plug and play.
Component Flashing Required
This dme requires professional-level flashing, encoding, and immobilizer programming specific to your application. These procedures differ from standard BMW FDL coding and are not DIY-friendly. Do not purchase this dme unless you are trained and equipped with a BMW immobilizer programming device and BMW programming tools. A smartphone BMW coding app or DIY scan tool will not be able to complete these procedures.
Professional Installation Required

Warranty
This dme is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 14 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this dme has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.
At a minimum, supporting documentation should include records of proper installation and procedures performed by an ASE or BMW certified facility, along with clear documentation of the failure mode.
Known issues inherent to this dme may not be covered.
