Returns

This door panel can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unless other arrangements have been approved, this door panel must be returned using the same delivery service, in the same condition, and packed as originally received.

If this door panel has been installed, modified, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.

Warranty

This door panel is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 14 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this door panel has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.

Known issues inherent to this door panel may not be covered.

Refunds and exchanges apply exclusively to this door panel only. No compensation will be provided for any additional expenses incurred. These uncovered costs include labor, rental cars, additional parts, fluids, materials, tools, and similar items.

All returns are thoroughly reviewed, and Projekt Auto Parts reserves the right to pursue legal action against any fraudulent or abusive parties.
