Returns

This air filter element can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unless other arrangements have been approved, this air filter element must be returned using the same delivery service, in the same condition, and packed as originally received.

If this air filter element has been installed, modified, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.

Warranty

This air filter element is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 14 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this air filter element has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.

Known issues inherent to this air filter element may not be covered.

Refunds and exchanges apply exclusively to this air filter element only. No compensation will be provided for any additional expenses incurred. These uncovered costs include labor, rental cars, additional parts, fluids, materials, tools, and similar items.

All returns are thoroughly reviewed, and Projekt Auto Parts reserves the right to pursue legal action against any fraudulent or abusive parties.
