Returns

This cas module can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unless other arrangements have been approved, this cas module must be returned using the same delivery service, in the same condition, and packed as originally received.

If this cas module has been installed, programmed, coded, modified, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.

Warranty

This cas module is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 14 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this cas module has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.

At a minimum, supporting documentation should include records of proper installation and procedures performed by an ASE or BMW certified facility, along with clear documentation of the failure mode.

Known issues inherent to this cas module may not be covered.
